Our policy on order cancellations, refunds, and payment reversals.

At AjonTec (Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited), client satisfaction matters. This policy explains our cancellation and refund terms.

1. Cancellation

  • Cancellations before work begins: full refund, minus payment gateway charges.
  • Cancellations after work has started: refund prorated based on work completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Applicable for duplicate payments, failed delivery, or mutually agreed cancellation.
  • Delivered/deployed software, websites, apps, and marketing campaigns are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within [7–14] business days to the original payment method. Gateway processing charges, if any, are non-refundable.
